Cohasset Jewelbox

Nestled along the beautiful inlets of Cohasset Cove, this antique home sits on a small piece of land with amazing water views. We made the most of each space, creating a blue stone patio off the back deck with stone sitting walls and an outdoor shower. Slim cable rail fencing keep the view open, with tidy Boxwoods, native Summersweet and Juneberries softening the space. The path at the bottom of the deck stairs guides the way through native coastal plants to the dock. Working closely with the local Conservation Commission, we found solutions to protect the coastline ecology while enabling the homeowners’ access to the water

The front of the house, which is steps from the road, has a cobblestone driveway with reclaimed granite borders, steps and pavers. The charming fence separates the garden from the street, while a step stone path meanders through the native inkberry hollies, grasses and coneflower. Colorful window boxes added the final touch!
