This lush property is nestled beside a steep ledge with long terraces of lawn divided by rustic stone walls. Dense plantings of colorful roses, hydrangeas and perennials frame the view down to the harbor. A waterfall splashes into the curved pool, with drifts of colorful plantings all around. It’s hard to imagine this was a bare construction site when we started the project many years ago.
